Job summary

Advantage 360 is seeking a QA Software Engineer to join a fully remote Canada-wide team. You will own automated test suites across API, UI, and integration layers, shaping test strategy, and driving automation maturity in a fast-paced environment.

Work with data, ML, and platform squads to validate high-throughput systems, establish CI/CD quality gates, and mentor teammates on best practices for test design and implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA engineering in a professional software development environment.
• Strong Java and Python programming for test automation.
• Experience owning automated test suites and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own automated test suites across API, UI, and integration layers.
• Lead test strategy and automate CI/CD quality gates.
• Collaborate with data, ML, and platform squads to validate complex systems.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on test design patterns and tooling.
