Job summary

Akkodis is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst with banking domain experience and Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise to drive functional, integration, and automation testing across Retail, Corporate, Sales, and Contact Center modules.

Based in Toronto or remote, this 3-month contract offers exposure to shift-left testing, test planning, and collaboration with product managers, developers, and QA peers while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years QA experience in banking domain.
• Hands-on MS Dynamics CRM testing across modules.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/JMeter).
• Experience with Azure DevOps & Jira for test management.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and integration testing for Dynamics CRM modules across Retail, Corporate, Sales, and Contact Center.
• Design, document, and execute test plans, cases, and reports.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression testing.
• Participate in shift-left testing with requirements reviews and design discussions.
• Identify, track, and manage defects with cross-functional teams.
• Support adoption of new testing tools and AI-assisted testing approaches.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts throughout testing lifecycle.
