Sentrex Health Solutions is seeking a PSP Supervisor to lead the Patient Support Program team, coaching coordinators and navigators to deliver high-quality PSP services. You will monitor performance metrics, support onboarding, and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with Operations and Program Managers to optimize workflows, manage caseloads, and maintain exceptional customer service aligned with program protocols.

Qualifications

• University degree in healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory or management experience, healthcare/pharma exposure a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Coordinators and Care Navigators with coaching and performance support.
• Monitor KPIs and SOPs to ensure program quality.
• Oversee enrollment coordination, welcome calls, and reimbursement navigation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
