DSEL - David Schaeffer Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support land development design, manage design constraints, and coordinate with project professionals. The role emphasizes preparing communications, reports, and permit packages while supporting Project Managers in day-to-day tasks.

You will gather design information, track agency comments, and ensure timely submissions, with remote work flexibility across Canada and opportunities for merit-based growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Proven ability to solve problems and communicate ideas clearly in technical and non-technical terms.
• Above-average knowledge of Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written communications, emails, mark-ups, or sketches for coordinating subdivision design.
• Gather, compile, and review project-specific design information and constraints.
• Coordinate with internal staff across Detailed Design and Contract Administration.
• Assist with design reports and permit application packages.
• Collect and manage approval agency comments and responses.
• Expedite circulation and submission of time-sensitive information and deliverables.
• Assist construction handover packages and support project management communications.
• Independently monitor tasks and provide updates through to completion.
