Job summary

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years coordinating programs or projects.
• Experience with customer-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify participants and build relationships with key stakeholders to support ICTC program needs.
• Coordinate recruitment of participants and short-term consultants.
• Facilitate information sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Draft emails, reports and other correspondence for ICTC.
• Support event logistics and partner coordination.
