Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) is seeking a Policy Manager to lead policy development and analysis, ensuring Indigenous women and families are central to program design and advocacy.

Reporting to the Director of Policy, Strategy and Communications, you will guide a policy team, collaborate across ONWA, and translate community input into submissions, briefs, and legislative reviews, driving meaningful systemic change.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in policy or related field with relevant supervisory experience.
• Extensive policy analysis and drafting experience, especially on Indigenous women and families.
• Strong writing, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership abilities.
