Job summary

MEDFAR Clinical Solutions in Canada is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Platform Engineering, Cloud, and Core Architecture. You will shape the technology strategy and manage senior teams responsible for scalable, reliable cloud-based systems.

You will partner with product teams to drive modernization, enforce IaC/SRE practices, and manage cost governance while fostering a platform-as-a-product culture. Bilingual English/French is valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a formal engineering management role.
• SaaS experience in high-growth environments managing platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform, SRE, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable systems.
• Define and advance the platform roadmap and reusable capabilities.
• Ensure security, testability, and maintainability across services.
• Partner with product teams to accelerate deployment and reduce friction.
• Oversee cloud governance, FinOps, and cost efficiency.
