Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking an Account Manager for a pharma client, with a hybrid, remote-first setup for 40 hours per week. The role focuses on leading a US pharma account, building relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating digital projects across multiple accounts. pharma experience is required.

You will oversee scopes, advise cross- functional teams, and ensure successful delivery from initiation through launch while fostering growth in Life Sciences portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account or project management experience in digital channels or related client services roles.
• Experience managing programs in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or MedTech.
• Understanding of and hands-on experience across channels like interactive media, web design, UX, mobile, motion design, and content production.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow long-term pharma/healthcare client relationships by delivering digital services.
• Draft Scopes of Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop marketing, media, and creative strategies.
• Define project scope based on client needs and requirements.
• Create and execute project plans, allocate resources, and adjust as needed.
• Write briefs for internal creative and marketing teams.
• Act as main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
