This entry level role requires a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or coursework in accounting/finance or HR preferred.
• 0–2 years of payroll, admin support, or similar experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll documentation, processing workpapers, audit files, and electronic records across platforms.
• Prepare payroll templates, reporting tools, processing trackers, and recurring materials.
• Assist with audits, compliance, reporting, and payroll issue resolution while delivering strong customer service.
