Felix is a Canada-wide digital healthcare company that puts patients in control of their health journey. We offer online treatment, prescription delivery, and ongoing care across a growing range of health categories.

We are seeking a customer-facing role focused on chat and email support, with opportunities to work with pharmacy, medical, and logistics teams. You will drive onboarding, learn continuously, and influence patient experience within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience using AI tools to shape outputs and workflows.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk or similar platform is a bonus.
Telehealth or digital health background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Provide thoughtful, personalized support to Felix patients through chat and email.
Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to support patients across their healthcare journey.
Drive onboarding conversion by educating patients on pricing, process, or product.
Navigate internal tools and escalate thoughtfully when needed.
Serve as the voice of the patient, capturing learnings and sharing insights.
