Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Meta Ads for clients (agency a plus).
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to explain the "+why" to clients.
• Clear, personable communication on video calls and in person.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor performance daily and run A/B tests to lower CPL and improve lead quality.
• Build campaigns and funnels in Go High Level (GHL).
• Write ad scripts, hooks and creative concepts based on data insights.
• Attend client shoots and help direct talent, framing, pacing and messaging.
• Lead client calls to review performance and discuss next tests.
