Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta) based in Canada to own paid acquisition and drive new-customer revenue. You will scale Google Ads to exceed $100k/month and build Meta campaigns from scratch, using first‑party data, AI tools, and performance insights to optimize profitability and growth.

This role emphasizes testing, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior leadership in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50k monthly Google Ads spend.
• Expertise with automated bidding: ROAS/CPA/Performance Max.
• Experience building Meta ads from scratch.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and CAC.
• Ability to build audiences from first-party data and research.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Google and Meta with measurable growth.
• Scale Google Ads >$100k/month and build Meta campaigns from scratch.
• Research audiences using first-party data and CRM signals.
• Develop creative strategies from customer insights and feedback.
• Produce AI-powered creatives and reports for leadership.
• Set budgets and bids using unit economics and payback calculations.
• Design structured experiments and evaluate incrementality.
• Ensure proper tracking across GA4, GTM, and conversions.
• Coordinate with freelancers/agencies for specialized needs.
• Suggest new paid channels and run initial tests.
• Deliver weekly performance reports by channel.
