Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements, liaising with supply chain partners.
• Facilitate communication between production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, inventory status, and production progress.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Manage documentation related to production, shipping, and receiving processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator , Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar administrative or operational support role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• A background in manufacturing or supply chain management is advantageous.
