Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of five years of specialty sales experience.
• Strong track record with a customer‑focused execution.
• Advanced French and intermediate English skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders within key accounts.
• Lead value-based, in-person and virtual conversations to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Personalize and orchestrate engagement across channels reflecting customer preferences.
• Deliver customer-centric experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs.
• Build relationships with opinion leaders and medical influencers to support patient journeys.
