Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Oncology Clinical Researcher to bring deep real-world trial knowledge into AI training. You will review oncology content for accuracy, assess trial design, and ensure regulatory alignment, contributing to how AI systems reason about cancer data.

This fully remote, flexible contract role lets you work 10–40 hours per week on your own schedule, collaborating with leading AI teams while maintaining scientific rigor and quality in every evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and managing oncology clinical trials from protocol to data readout.
• Strong ability to analyze oncology data, endpoints, safety, and biomarkers.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory submission standards.
• Detail-oriented and able to articulate complex clinical reasoning in writing.
• No AI/tech background required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content for clinical accuracy, scientific validity, and regulatory alignment
• Apply your expertise in trial design — protocols, patient enrollment, endpoints, and compliance — to assess and improve AI outputs
• Analyze how AI handles cancer trial data, including safety profiles, efficacy results, and biomarker findings
• Evaluate AI-generated regulatory and scientific content against FDA/EMA submission standards
• Provide structured, expert feedback that shapes how AI models reason about real-world oncology
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
