Engagements are project-based with flexible hours and async collaboration. Roles can be remote across Canada or the US, with some Toronto-based options. Active license in Canada or the US and Google Workspace literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in good standing (RN, MD, NP, etc.).
• Based in Canada or the US with license to practice.
• Meaningful hands-on patient care or applied clinical experience.
• Strong command of scope-of-practice boundaries.
• Reliable and detail-oriented for async work.
• Ability to access and operate within Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• AI agent evaluation and rubric development for safety.
• Subject-matter input for care pathways and digital health solutions.
• Clinical review to reflect current evidence and standards of care.
• Other project-based clinical input as needed.
