Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Canada is seeking an experienced OnBase API Developer to design, build, and sustain enterprise OnBase integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, .NET/C#, and SQL. This remote Canada position requires deep OnBase expertise and cross-functional collaboration with business, QA, and DevOps teams.

You will implement OnBase Unity API solutions, configure workflows, ensure security and performance, and document interfaces.

Qualifications

8+ years of Hyland OnBase development/integration experience.
Proven experience with OnBase API development (Unity API, Web Services).
Hands-on OnBase configuration: Document Types, Keywords, Workflows, User Groups/Roles, Forms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal/external enterprise applications.
Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.
Develop solutions using OnBase Unity API, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration tools.
Configure and customize OnBase workflows, document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand document management and workflow requirements.
Integrate OnBase with ERP, CRM, and other core platforms.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
