Job summary

Dialogue is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its fully remote Canada-wide team. You will evaluate patients virtually, diagnose and treat common and complex conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Quebec, and proficiency in French or English. Remote schedule may include evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience.
Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Quebec.
Comfortable consulting in French or English.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote assessments via the Dialogue Care Platform to evaluate symptoms, diagnose and treat conditions.
Deliver high-quality patient care with timely medical advice and urgent-symptom identification.
Create personalized care plans tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, care coordinators, psychologists and others to provide comprehensive care.
Educate patients on preventive care, health management and lifestyle changes.
Refer patients to specialists or community services when needed.
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
