Job summary

Dialogue is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will assess patients remotely, coordinate with clinicians, and guide care paths across virtual platforms.

The role emphasizes high-quality communication and patient-centric care. Qualified candidates will be bilingual (English/French), have 2+ years of nursing experience, and hold an active Quebec license.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Active nursing license to practice in Quebec.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via telephone or video and identify key symptoms.
• Provide care, referrals, and follow-up within a multidisciplinary team.
• Offer home-care guidance and symptom management advice.
• Prescribe group prescriptions within a defined virtual scope of practice.
• Document consultations accurately and ensure seamless patient care.
