Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a remote bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our telehealth team across Canada. The role focuses on asynchronous virtual care, reviewing patient histories, and determining candidacy for treatment with licensed providers.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine workflows, issue prescriptions when needed, and improve patient and provider experiences while supporting product innovation in new conditions and offerings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English is required or prioritized.
• OIIQ registered with eligibility for licensure in other provinces.
• Tech-savvy with experience on digital care platforms.
• Excellent communicator in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and timely patient interactions.
• Interested in improving Canadian healthcare landscape.
• Cross-functional collaboration with non-clinical teams.
• Men's health experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care and review patient histories to assess candidacy.
• Issue prescriptions when appropriate and communicate with patients via secure messaging.
• Collaborate onsite with a multidisciplinary team to refine clinical workflows.
• Improve patient and provider experience with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute clinical expertise to product launches and new protocols.
