Job summary

Redpath Mining's Voisey’s Bay project on the east coast of Labrador seeks an Inventory Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and expedite shipments and manage material logistics for client inventory and project needs.

You will work at a remote camp, rotate 14 days on/14 off, perform inventory control, liaise with vendors, prepare material for underground shipments, and support audit and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business with Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• Certifications in SCMP, CPIM, CSCP preferred.
• 3 years of supply chain experience; mining industry preferred.
• Advanced MS Office and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving functions.
• Coordinate and expedite shipments to project sites and subsidiaries.
• Maintain up to date filing of all domestic and inbound/outbound shipment documents.
• Identify and count parts, materials, equipment and maintain inventory control.
• Asset transfers for mobile equipment.
• Liaise with supply and logistics vendors and internal/external clients.
• Ensure and maintain accurate records of materials and goods shipped.
• Operate company equipment as required per certifications and training.
