Job summary

24/7 Occupational & Emergency Medicine Solutions is seeking Canadian Certified Advanced Care Paramedics to work at a remote mine in Nunavut, operating within a team of on-site and remote clinicians. Flights and accommodations are provided, with ER physicians available for consultation.

Shifts are 12 hours, with a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation. Candidates must hold a valid ACP licence and current BLS/ACLS certifications to support remote and on-site medical care.

Qualifications

• Canadian Advanced Care Paramedic licence in good standing is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to injured or ill workers, including transport decisions within scope.
• Work as part of on-site and remote medical teams with access to 24/7 on-call emergency medicine consultants.
