Bayshore HealthCare’s Northern Staffing Program offers opportunities for Advanced Care Paramedics to serve remote northern communities in Canada. Role emphasizes primary and emergency care, collaboration with nurses, and flexible scheduling.

Compensation includes $45/hour plus a $22/hour non-taxed Northern Allowance, with fully paid travel assignments and ongoing development. Strong clinical skills and provincial licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or better.
• 1950 hours in the past 2 years as an Advanced Care Paramedic with on the road or clinic-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in clinic-based environments delivering primary and emergency care.
• Support health promotion, assessments, and care plans using best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with a care team and manage walk-ins and primary care follow-ups.
