Summit is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and tailor coverage solutions from quote to bind across various industries.

Role involves lead management, outbound prospecting, networking at events, and collaboration with Account Management and Sales Development to secure the best carrier solutions. Hybrid work from our Kelowna office with flexible arrangements.

Qualificações

• Licensing: Level 2 insurance license required (RIBO license is an asset).
• Minimum 3 years in an insurance sales, production underwriting, or commercial marketing role.
• Commercial lines experience required.
• Strong sales and production track record with targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management: handle warm commercial insurance leads & appointments provided by Summit's Sales Development Team.
• Prospecting & sales: consistently prospect new business with data-driven outbound programs and CRM.
• Networking: attend local industry events to expand network and underwriting relationships.
• Front line underwriting: assess risk profiles and advise on coverage solutions.
