You will fact-check technical details, proofs across emails, websites, templates, and presentations, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to maintain brand standards while supporting rapid, compliant content production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical editing and/or proofreading experience in pharma or life sciences advertising
• Strong command of English language and medical terminology
• Thorough knowledge of AMA style and FDA rules/regulations
• Solid grammar and spelling skills, with standard proofing symbols

Responsibilities

• Edit initial deliverables for content in AMA style, brand, and client guidelines
• Fact-check medical content for accuracy and source fidelity
• Proof promotional materials including emails, websites, and digital templates
• Ensure layout and visual quality of the material
• Attend status and kickoff meetings and help develop timelines
• Maintain and update client style guides
• Collaborate with team to ensure a consistent customer experience
