Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Agile values and ceremonies.
• Strong ability to write testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or Excel for delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions; document user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain backlog, map interfaces, and manage dependencies.
• Analyze workflows to improve processes and customer value.
• Coordinate sprint goals with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Draft test scenarios; coordinate UAT and triage defects.
• Provide status reports and roadmaps to leadership and partners.
