OPENLANE is seeking a Market Sales Coordinator in Toronto, ON to support customers using our online auction platform. You will capture vehicle information, launch new dealer profiles, and train clients while maintaining strong relationships across the client base.

You are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple accounts and leverage web/mobile tools in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and use web/mobile tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess condition.
• Launch new vehicle profiles on the mobile app for dealers.
• Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
