Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation activities from a remote location. You will liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment information and compliance across regions, with a focus on operations in Canada.

The role requires 2–3 years of logistics coordination experience, proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel, and strong communication and problem-solving skills for remote work success.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of logistics/transport coordination experience, with remote work capability.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation activities, including pickups, deliveries, and route optimization.
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment information.
• Manage shipping documentation, customs declarations, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain records of logistics activities using the management system.
• Provide remote support for warehouse and dispatch operations as needed.
