Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for our remote lodge near Valemount, BC. This full-time, seasonal role supports the Lodge Manager and steps in during time off, handling administration, staff supervision, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Two weeks on, one week off schedule with accommodation provided on shift. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and exceptional service pervades every shift, with opportunities to grow within CMH’s

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in hospitality, travel and tourism, or equivalent work experience.
• Food Safe Certificate.
• Occupational First Aid Level 1, or equivalent.
• BC Serving-it-Right.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to achieve lodge goals, handling administration of hospitality and F&B.
• Communicate with supervisors and area management in a cooperative manner.
• Provide direction and coaching to develop staff alongside the Lodge Manager.
• Act as main contact and host for guests.
• Support injured guests and follow up on guest feedback with Banff Office teams.
• Maintain understanding of each lodge position related to hospitality.
• Track lodge bar stock and inventory levels.
• Create and manage staff schedules and ensure weekly time entry.
