Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in Washington to join our dynamic and supportive virtual team. As a remote therapist, you will deliver confidential, evidence-based therapy to clients navigating a wide range of emotional and relational issues.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and peer consultations
  • Adhere to ethical and state licensing standards
  • Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required)
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure
