Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases.
• FinTech or Banking & Finance industry experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
