Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Coordinating Technician, On Air (T&I) for a part-time, on-site role in Montreal. The incumbent will manage program elements, cue sheets and commercial integration across CBC/Radio-Canada networks and external clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires a DEC in Television production and post-production, at least three years of related experience, and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • College diploma (DEC) in Television production and post-production or related DEC.
  • Three or more years’ related experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple people.

Responsibilities

  • Insert station IDs, spots, promos and sponsored graphics into programs and breaks.
  • Verify availability of all broadcast assets and manage workflows for air.
  • Screen and approve spots and promos before ingest and correct as needed.
  • Coordinate live broadcast content and plug-ins with production teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of cue sheets and schedules and finalize the as-run log.
