Job summary

Canoco Energy Services is seeking Journeyman/Apprentice Pipefitters for a turnaround project starting ASAP. Join a field crew specialized in turnarounds, asset management, and complex construction in the oil and gas sector.

You will read isometrics and perform pipefitting tasks such as measuring, cutting, threading, and bending. Certifications like H2S Alive, CSTS/CSO, WHMIS 2015, Confined Space and Fall Protection are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Apprentice certificate in Pipefitting.
• Experience in Oil & Gas is required.
• Certifications: H2S Alive, CSTS/CSO, WHMIS 2015, Confined Space, Fall Protection.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret isometric drawings.
• Perform pipefitting tasks including measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bolt-ups, torquing, and bending.

Position: Journeyman Pipefitters – Turnaround

We are currently hiring Journeyman/Apprentice Pipefitters (employees & DSPs) for a turnaround project starting ASAP

Qualifications & Education:

• Journeyman or Apprentice Certificate in Pipefitting
• Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Required certifications: H2S Alive, CSTS or CSO, WHMIS 2015, Confined Space and Fall Protection
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Skills, Attributes, and Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings
• Strong pipefitting background including measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bolt-ups, torquing, and bending
• Previous exposure to bundle pulling or exchanger work is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a turnaround or shop environment
