Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading organizational change and driving business outcomes through technology enablement.
• Demonstrated team leadership and ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with teammates and clients.
• Experience responding to RFPs and RFQs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to deliver digital transformation and IT projects.
• Account management and relationship development with existing clients; scope and deliver initiatives.
• Project management from inception to completion, including IT assessments and feasibility studies.
• Ensure services and reports meet Vivacity Technologies standards and client requirements.
• Oversee IT governance, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Drive digital transformation and cloud strategies for client organizations.
