Qualifications

5 - 8 years experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience with SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience with data design, process re-engineering and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate and manage detailed requirements using workshops and interviews.
Translate requirements into well-structured user stories for development teams.
Support test planning, test case creation and solution testing as needed.
Lead impact assessments, feasibility studies and project risk analyses.
