Job summary

Grail Talent, an Influencer Management Agency, seeks an Influencer Talent Manager to oversee creators’ careers, help grow audiences, and negotiate brand/label deals. You’ll craft content strategies for clients and manage campaigns using our in-house software.

Work remotely with flexible hours and uncapped commission earnings. You’ll scout talent, build brand relationships, and collaborate with teams to expand Grail Talent’s roster while maintaining autonomy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and hustle to get the job done.
• Familiar with major platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Bonus: experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale creators, helping growth and securing brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging influencers.
• Foster relationships with brands and agencies for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand Grail Talent’s roster.
