Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial construction, repair, replacement, and maintenance projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, maintenance, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor costs, track commitments, and report on financial performance and progress.
• Review engineering and construction proposals, support contractor selection, and prepare procurement and contracting documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed of status.
