Placements24 is seeking a highly specialized Remote Industrial Engineer with automation expertise to drive advanced projects from anywhere in Canada. You will design, implement, and optimize automated systems across production environments, leveraging robotics, PLCs, and AGVs.

You will collaborate with dispersed engineering teams, IT, and vendors to ensure project success, troubleshoot issues, and push efficiency gains while reducing manual labor through state-of-the-art automation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with strong automation/ robotics focus.
• Proven PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial control experience.
• Knowledge of robotics, AGVs, and integrated automation solutions.
• Experience managing complex automation projects end-to-end.
• Excellent remote communication and analytical skills.
