Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Senior Incident Response Consultant (Remote, CAN). You will lead IR engagements, develop hunting methods, and coordinate investigations with counsel across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

You’ll perform forensics, malware analysis, and produce comprehensive reports for management, regulators, and clients, while contributing to public thought leadership and staying at the forefront of cyber defense.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response investigations for organizations.
• Ability to communicate findings to executives, clients, and regulators.
• Strong background in computer and network forensics.
• Familiarity with malware analysis and host/network investigations.
• Knowledge of cloud incident response in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Able to travel up to 30% on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response engagements for clients.
• Develop and apply new methods to hunt for adversaries in large data sets.
• Coordinate intrusion investigations with outside counsel.
• Perform host and network-based forensics on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Conduct basic malware analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports and recommendations.
