Job summary

Placements24 seeks a strategic and analytical Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize revenue streams across a portfolio of properties. This fully remote role requires data-driven decision-making to implement pricing strategies, manage inventory, and forecast demand for multiple locations.

You will work with sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth and market share, oversee RMS and PMS software, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable working remotely with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting to identify revenue opportunities.
