Job summary

World Vision Canada is seeking a Grant Management Consultant to provide end-to-end grant management expertise across multiple offices and programs. The role emphasizes RBM, monitoring and evaluation, and collaboration with Field Offices, partners, and internal teams to optimize resources and ensure donor compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience managing or advising on institutional donor-funded international grants and projects.
• Experience applying Results-Based Management approaches and designing or supporting Monitoring & Evaluation systems.
• Proven experience coordinating remote, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide grant management and advisory support to ensure high-quality execution and donor compliance.
• Oversee progress to ensure timely, budget-aligned donor reports.
• Design reporting and learning processes to communicate results and lessons learned.
• Apply RBM to track objectives, outputs, and outcomes.
• Coordinate grant deliverables: start-up, agreements, workplans, reports, reviews, close-out.
