Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in British Columbia or pursuing licensure.
• 3–5 years of geotechnical consulting or construction experience.
• Proficiency with RocScience software (RocScience, CLiq, LPile, MSEW).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Site Investigation and Data Collection: coordinate field investigations and sampling.
• Geotechnical Analysis: conduct slope stability, bearing capacity, and settlement checks.
• Report Preparation and Documentation: prepare concise geotechnical reports and proposals.
• Design Support: work with engineers to integrate geotechnical considerations into designs.
• Project Management and Compliance: assist in scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory adherence.
• Continuous Learning and Development: stay updated on geotechnical practices.
