Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager for Industrial Products and Services (IPS) with full P&L authority to drive strategy, growth, and profitability across multiple industry sectors. You will shape proposals, lead executive client conversations, and build a high-performance team delivering AI, managed services, and talent offerings.

You will own forecasts, budgets, and investments, while expanding enterprise relationships and closing critical pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products and Services.
• 12+ years managing an industry business unit with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the IPS industry strategy with clear priorities and financial objectives.
• Own the P&L and budget; drive revenue, profitability and investments.
• Win new enterprise clients and expand relationships across buying centers.
• Lead and develop the IPS team, coaching and performance reviews.
• Forecast credibly, challenge opportunities, and push for closed deals.
