Job summary

RoBIM Technologies Inc. is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to build and enhance a web-based robotic simulator. You will work across front-end and back-end to create scalable, interactive applications in robotics and simulation.

Reporting to the VP – Software, you will design, develop, and maintain the simulator, APIs, and data pipelines, while implementing CI/CD, testing, and documentation to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with Next.js, React and related tech.
• Experience building real-time, high-availability web apps.
• Hands-on with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of the robotic simulator using Next.js and other modern technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs and server-side logic for simulation scenarios, sessions, and analytics.
• Process and visualize BIM design input and link BIM geometry/data to the robot simulation engine.
• Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; automate CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Ensure the simulator is scalable, secure, and can handle multiple users and complex tasks.
• Perform code reviews, maintain documentation, and improve development processes.
