Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs in Python or Kotlin.
• Strong ability to write clear, well-tested, extensible code.
• Experience navigating large codebases and participating in code reviews.
• Proactive in growth and stakeholder feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver in phases.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align on constraints and decisions.
• Maintain team artifacts, monitor metrics, and participate in on-call efforts.
