You will translate customer needs and market trends into actionable backlog items and work with design, engineering, analytics, and business partners to deliver outcomes.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, define KPIs, manage production issues, and coordinate monthly releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building customer facing digital products; payments asset.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience from ideation to delivery.
• Strong strategic mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and monitoring.
• Define outcomes, KPIs, and coordinate with design/engineering/analytics.
• Write detailed user stories and participate in sprint planning.
• Coordinate monthly/biweekly releases and publish release notes.
• Manage relationships with business lines to align strategic direction.
