Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 7–9 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with FP&A software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
