Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Analyst to join the finance team, working remotely to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and in-depth analyses that inform senior leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel modeling skills, familiarity with Hyperion or Anaplan, and excellent communication abilities to present insights across the organization.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying trends, modeling financial scenarios, and presenting insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to financial management in a dynamic remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with department managers.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior periods, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Prepare detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.

Requirements
