Job summary

GIGABRANDS is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to lead a Pod and manage 15–20 brands. You will own client relationships, drive strategy, and ensure timely delivery of results across PPC, SEO, catalog management, and creative initiatives.

You will oversee a cross-functional team including an Account Manager, PPC Specialist, and Graphic Designer, ensuring alignment with client goals and revenue targets. This is a remote-first, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of brand/account/eCommerce marketing experience.
• Hands-on Amazon experience in PPC, SEO, catalog management, and creative optimization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Trello).
• Familiarity with Notion, tl;dv, Google Gemini, Helium 10, and Data Dive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with growth mindset.
• Self-starter with solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own client accounts and act as the primary agency face for assigned brands.
• Lead a Pod including Account Manager, PPC Specialist, and Graphic Designer.
• Develop and communicate account strategy; anticipate client needs.
• Review reports and deliverables before they reach clients.
• Track weekly sales targets and KPIs; flag concerns early.
• Manage 30/60/90 day goals and drive progress.
• Mentor junior team members as the company scales.
• Build strong client relationships and reduce churn.
