Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide contractor role. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and ensure accuracy across ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Preferred candidates have hands-on accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and prior AI training or data evaluation work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and ERP systems.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or rubric-based evaluation is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and treatment.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and provide corrections with rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial system logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI outputs.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training and reference answers.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
